RETURN POLICY
GENERAL
- We accept returns for up to 30 days after you have received your purchase.
- All returns must be in the original condition including tags and packaging
- TAKKENS.SHOES is an authorized dealer of all brands we sell, and we honor all manufacturer warranties. Should you find your product to be defective, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
ONLINE PURCHASES
Takkens.shoes wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out and an item(s) need to be returned. We will happily refund any unworn merchandise with the original packaging, labeling, and/or tags, and your packing list within 30 days of the purchase date. Items that are returned in a box that has been damaged, or with missing packaging will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund price.
We encourage you to try on the items you have purchased to make sure that you are happy with the style and fit. Please try any footwear in your home on a carpeted, clean area. Unfortunately we cannot accept and issue a refund for product that is worn.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We stand behind the products that we sell. If an item is found to be defective due to poor craftsmanship or defective materials, please contact customer support and we will be happy to help.
EBAY
- To initiate a return, simply open a return request through eBay by selecting from the drop-down menu next to your order on the Purchase History page.
- We will provide you with an RMA # and the address to mail the return to once the return request is opened.
- If you purchase the return label through eBay, we will automatically be notified of the tracking number.
- However, if you ship it yourself, please add the tracking number to the return portal.
- Returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
