We accept returns within 30 days (60 days from October through December) of the order delivery date. All returns must be in unworn condition. Any items returned in worn condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. Shoeboxes should be free of writing, tape, or packing labels. Boxes returned in unsellable condition will be subject to a $5 box replacement fee.
Free returns are issued via a prepaid label we will email to you to print out. Recipients must be able to receive the label via email, print the label, and drop off the package to a valid UPS drop off location to be eligible for the free return. Reimbursement is not available for packages returned through other methods.

Please allow two business days from the date your return is received at our location for our customer service department to process your exchange. Once we have shipped your exchange, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You will not incur a shipping charge for the first exchange on an order, however additional exchanges on the same order may be subject to a shipping fee.
If for some reason your return item is not available, we will contact you via the phone number or email address provided on your order.
Even if you are outside of the 30 day return period, you may still be eligible for an exception without a prepaid label. If you would like to request a return exception, please contact our customer service department by email at email@example.com.
